We brought our golf cart, so my older son was able to tool around and explore a bit, though really there was nothing "exciting" in his opinion, he still seemed to have fun. Surprisingly enough, my younger son never even wanted to go to the pool. We stayed for the family friendly lake, the cafe, the pool and playground, and the feeling of relative safety while there.

The cabin was the only 2 bedroom cabin they have there. We booked a three night stay in a cabin July 25-28, 2021. We have visited Flamingo Lake before as guests while friends were staying there, and really enjoyed ourselves.
